This Privacy Policy discloses the information that CustomizeDev Inc., collects through all of its websites (Customizedev.com, batestampelite.com), mobile applications, electronic devices, kiosks, and all other interactive services we may provide (hereinafter “the Services”).

GENERAL

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By using the Services, you agree that your use of our Services, and any dispute over our online privacy practices, is governed by this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Service. 1. Types of Information We Gather

We may collect information regarding customer activities on our websites, and from our other products and services. The information we collect may be collected directly by us, or it may be collected by a vendor providing contractual services to us.

• Information You Provide to Us. We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us while using our Services. You provide most of such information when you search, buy, post, communicate with our customer service, or participate in a questionnaire, survey, contest or a sweepstake.   We may also collect and analyze email addresses; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; purchase history, which we may sometimes aggregate; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our websites, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed or searched for; which features of our Services you interact with and how often, and the phone number you used to contact us.

  To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open email from BateStampElite.com or CustomizeDev.com if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, you have the opportunity to unsubscribe.

4. Links and Buttons

All CustomizeDev websites, including BateStampElite, may contain links to other websites belonging to third-parties, clients, other websites, products or services of interest to our users. For example, our websites and applications may include buttons, tools, or content that link to other companies’ services (for example, Google+, Twitter plug-ins, a Facebook "Like" button and similar social media buttons). We may collect information about your use of these features. In addition, when you see or interact with these buttons, tools, content, or view our web page containing them, some information from your browser may automatically be sent to third-parties. We may also maintain presences on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform is done at your own risk without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. Your interactions with those features and platforms are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. 5. Security

We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide industry standard reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment no security controls are 100% effective and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information, or assure you that information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. 7. Your California Privacy Rights

We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations and solutions.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
